The Southern Connecticut University Film Festival

The Southern Connecticut University Film Festival, or SCUFF for short, is a student-run short film festival. Questions about the event can be directed to scsutv@owls.southernct.edu.

Submission Guidelines

Entries MUST NOT exceed 10 minutes in length
DVD and digital entries will be accepted
DVD entries can be submitted to the SCSU-TV office, ASC 210
Digital entries are to be submitted via the form included below (or accessed here)
Submitted films must be a QuickTime file (.mov or .mp4) of your film. The film must be encoded using H.264 compression.

By entering SCUFF 2024 you (the entrant) authorize SCSU TV to screen your film on the SCSU TV YouTube page (see location link). By submitting your film, you authorize the committee to use your film for promotional purposes and grant SCUFF 2024 the non-exclusive right to use your name, photograph, and likeness in connection with any and all publicity and promotional activities regarding SCUFF 2024. SCUFF 2024 shall have the right to reproduce all or part of the entrant’s film material for use in its publicity, archives, web site and any related distributions directly associated with the festival.
